I Installed v10 from 9.0.1 Firefox has crashed maybe 20 times since then. The previous version almost never crashed AND it magically changed my network connection settings.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Had to remove FireFox v10.

So far, I've run several of the above mention malware detectors. None have found anything.

Tried System Restore to get back to FF v9, but it wont run.

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

These crashes are not FireFox crashes. These crashes are the Win7 OS Blue Screen of Death.

I can't seem to be able to open about:crashes.

If you're getting blue screen of death, that usually points to a hardware issue.

Been back to FF v9 a few days now with no issues. It maybe be a HW issue, but it only occurred trying to run FFv10. So it's adios FFv10.

A BSOD can also be caused by services or drivers that run at kernel level.
Make sure that all system drivers are updated to the latest versions.

You can try to boot Windows in Safe mode with network support (F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.
