Ebay Billboards app no longer appears to me though others can see it.

this problem started after I updated to 13 my Ebay billboard html app is no longer visible in firefox browser though the billboard shows up on safari, I thought it was an Ebay problem they assured me it was not on their end. TY in advance for any help
