In the last few weeks, I no longer can view a complete graph in a particular forum (PhP). The bottom portion does not show now.
Firefox version 16.0.2 using XP.

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
I have attached the screen shot, reloaded pages, cleared cache, started in safe mode...and there is still a problem. I looked for the cookies but couldn't find them in the list of cookies.
Are the images also broken in Tools > Page Info > Media?
Can you see the complete image if you right-click the image and middle-click the View Image item in the context menu to open the image in a new tab?

No I cannot. The image is the same, only larger.
You can try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.
You can can try to reset Firefox.
If you reset Firefox then a new profile is created and some of your data (bookmarks, passwords, cookies, form data) is automatically imported and your current profile will be moved to the desktop (Old Firefox Data).
You can recover more data from the old profile (be cautious with doing that).
I'm a little nervous about doing this since I'm not totally computer literate. I will read all the info, and process, and then make my move (maybe).
NB -I still have the graph problems on newer posts.
Huh, I don't know what happened but, it's fine now.
Thank you.
