Links from emails are not opening now; I just get a blank white page. This just started happening, and I don't know how to correct it.

I click on a web link in an email in gmail...Firefox opens, but there is nothing but a blank white page. This is a new problem; it never happened before last week. I want the link to open in Firefox, and they used to. I thought it was showing a blank page b/c I had not "downloaded pictures" on the email prior to clicking the link, so I tried it and that seemed to help, but just this morning, I downloaded pictures and then clicked the link...nothing but a blank white page!!! I also reloaded the new version, thinking that would help, cleared my cache, etc. but not working. please advise.

Check for problems caused by DDE.

You can also try to redo the default browser setting.
