Firefox set-up wizard won't launch wheh attempting to download

I am attempting to download this application, however during step 2, the set up wizard won't launch. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello MMarshall1026, see if your firewall blocks firefox installation, try one more time from: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

make sure you have sp2 and above in your xp

Still didn't work. I think i may be running a limited version of windows XP. Is there any way around this? Thanks.

Unfortunately no. Firefox 12.0 is the latest version for limited xp or with sp1, and it is unsupported and vulnerable.

sorry, you need to update the os to use firefox !
