Did you change the character encoding for Firefox? If you are getting what looks like empty boxes instead of letters, it usually means that the character codes being used are not recognized by the font being used. It could also be that the font is corrupted. Did you check the font that you want to use?

Thanks for for reply ,here i have checked fonts are well.I used Arial font even there is a problem not printing fonts letter but Box like letter is printing.

Sorry finitarry I think My fonts are not corrupted, there i see the report well when export to pdf. only question is about to print direct by clicking the print button gets box like fonts.i request you to suggest me a good answer.

Hi tribhuwan32, I only have access to an older and somewhat dysfunctional version of the CR .Net control, so yours may well work differently than mine. When I click the printer icon on the Crystal toolbar it only has the option to generate a PDF. Does yours work that way as well, or does it print directly?

Yes jscher2000 When I click the printer icon on the Crystal toolbar it only has the option to generate a PDF now but before It popup a print dialog And during this period i have tried to solve this problem by installing different version of PDF and from tomorrow it is happening same as you have written.Thanks for your good answer.
