How the hell do i sync all my stuff from desktop firefox to android firefox?

I don't think it's syncing, i followed all the steps in the help section, but if all the bookmarks are getting synced, they definitely aren't in the same order as desktop. all my desktop bookmarks are in the 'unsorted' i just have no way of telling if all are synced because there is a lot. Also can i get the 'too many tabs' tabs synced to my android?

Hi bncase,

Ok here is what steps I took to make sure that the bookmarks were synced

  1. From the main device open Firefox
  2. Open up Bookmarks and manage the items in then Unsorted folder
  3. Go to the Android device, select settings on a web page
  4. Select "Sync"
  5. Select the account that is syncing Firefox (this is the email that you signed up with)
  6. Select the check box and sync now on the bottom (Notice the change in the Desktop Folder with the Unsorted Bookmarks)
  7. then select Customize and import all the bookmarks that might have already been on the Android device.

From the device settings you can manage the Firefox Sync Account settings there will be "What to sync" make sure bookmarks are selected.

That should get it all set. Unfortunately if the number of bookmarks are larger than the size limits: 25MB of data. [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-sync-take-your-bookmarks-and...]

You can export all your bookmarks to html and check the file size to check.
