You can ignore these warnings. Firefox should always update automatically so you don't have to worry about running an outdated version. Just in case, a manual update can be launched from: Orange Firefox Button > Hover over Help Menu > About Firefox. I would personally recommend these free anti-malware programs. Not all programs detect the same infection, so it is important to run and update each one for best results. These programs will also work with your existing antivirus, so you don't have to worry about conflict.
