My quicktime plugin started crashing when viewing movie trailers in trailers.apple.com

the trailer starts playing and after a few seconds it stops and the crash image appears. I can't press the "send crash report" button for some reason. the plugin is up to date.

Thanks!

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.

Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.

To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. I've got all my apps/ add ons/ plugins updated to the max, and firefox still can't play itunes trailers.... used to but not any more. Can start some but never get far. The answer is no help. I'm risking heading back to explorer!

Anyone else got a bright idea?

Running XP Minimising add ons and background aps doesn't help
