This issue has arrived with v29. I had icons for Readability and TinyURL which disappeared. Both still appear in the drop down menu but only TinyURL works. Readability does not.

The additional problem of graying out options in the bookmarks has come up every time I have tried to use the customize feature. I'll pull up the list of websites, try to right click to open in a new tab/window, and find that the option is grayed out and will not function.
