So I now have the latest version of Firefox, so when I go to My Ebay and click on Message and use the respond, every letter typed gives a return key stroke and pushes the page down, in addition the backspace over a letter does the same thing. Also when loading photos on the Ebay Sell system and auto box pops up says "Does not compute". So when I say OK it goes away and loads the photo anyhow. I hope you fix this because I am not having this problem on chrome or on my laptop. I seem to encounter however the same issue on Internet Explorer and not sure why.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

"Does not compute"

That sounds more like malware then a real message.
