Hi, We are using an accounting package which produces invoices, order forms, statement etc. Quite often we need to email copy invoices to our customers as well as emailing statements and purchase orders...we can do this directly from our accounting software. The file that is generated to be emailed has a "mozi_mapi-1", instead of a PDF format. Our customers cannot open the file...Is this being generated because we are using thunderbird....can we change the format to a PDF without changing email programs

Thanks

This has appeared at intervals on the quickbooks forum for years, or so my Google searches indicate.

Close Thunderbird and QB and open windows temp folder and check to see if there is a mozmapi folder in there. If there is delete it and see if that helps.
