Re: the Firefox/GMX problem I just posted. When I login to my GMX email, Firefox is erroneously taking me to the GMX mobile email. This is nothing I am doing

I figured out why my GMX email is looking strange and abstract with Firefox. Although I am logging in just like I always do at the same bookmarked site (and I even tried typing in the gmx.com web address again to be sure) instead of taking me to my regular email, Firefox suddenly started taking me to GMX MOBILE login instead which is a different web address altogether. Firefox has a mind of its own. No matter what I do I can no longer get to my customized regular email account using the Firefox browser. I have to use IE. Up until the last few hours, Firefox took me there just fine. Then suddenly it started switching me to the GMX mobile email instead. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP. This is a Firefox fault, not a GMX fault.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.

It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
