Looking at your plugins list, RealDownloader is there. However, it might not be activating. To make sure it connects on any page with video, you may want to change its permission setting from "Ask to Activate" to "Always Activate". You can do that on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Plugins. Then on the right side you can adjust the permissions for the RealDownloader plugin(s).

Does that make any difference?
