Without access to the old computer, you may not be able to recover your bookmarks. If the account was created on the old sync you would need to sign in at accounts.mozilla.com. However you would need the old computer to pair the device. The sync account is not meant to be used for a reliable back up service, only for syncing the accounts. If there is a way to access the profile from the old hardrive you could recover them: Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data you may want to find an IT professional to help you do this on your new computer.
