I have two pc's with Firefox as the browser. pc1 has win 7 os, pc2 has win xp os. I have Shockwave Flash 16.0.0.305 installed on both. the pc with win xp will display the slide show correctly. The pc with win7 shows a smaller version. Everything seems to be updated. Maybe you can tell me what the problem is and how i can correct it.

What slide show? What is the address?

Maybe the difference is a difference in screen resolution. On a lower-resolution screen, the pictures look larger because each pixel is larger.

not that....try again. what is the difference between firefox, IE, chrome on windows 7 OS?

Firefox, IE, and Chrome each use different Versions of Flash. Plugin for Firefox, ActiveX for IE, and Pepper for Chrome - regardless of the Windows OS.

On WinXP Flash doesn't have the newer features which are available for Vista and later Windows operating systems. IMO, Extended Support Release - Flash Player 13.0.0.269 is a better version to use on WinXP. Available here 3/4 way down the page. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
