Suddenly stopped receiving Delivery Status Notificiation when I have ticked the option. (My email service provider has just migrated by domain to a new server.)

I have been using TB for many years but suddenly I have stopped receiving Delivery Status Notificiation - I can see the DSN option is clearly ticked. I have not changed my email settings but my email service provider has just migrated by domain to a new server. However, they say this issue has nothing to do with them. Please can someone clarify where the problem lies so that I may chase/change my email provider or, if necessary, change my email client. Thanks.

Thunderbird, or any other email client, can only request DNS. It has no control over email servers on the network and when or if they send them.
