Why is Mozilla doing buisness with Cisco Systems Inc. A known military contractor with the U.S. Department of Defense, and using their Open H264 Video Codec?
A recent update of Firefox included the OpenH264 Video Codec. This software is made by Cisco Systems Inc. They are a known military contractor of the U.S Department of Defense, who helps the U.S. government spy on everyone. Every single piece of software that comes from this company is suspect and should be considered malware and spyware. About a month ago I posted a question asking why Mozilla was doing business with them and asked how to remove it completely from my computer. The only response I got was a bot response explaining how to disable it, which I made clear was not enough. There was no no explanation given as to why they were doing business with a company like Cisco. I'm sure that if more Firefox users were aware of these facts they would be just as concerned as I am. I'm still waiting to hear back from Mozilla on this issue. They apparently consider the issue close. I do not.

Guess I'm royally screwed since my Cable Modem is made by Cisco. Anyway, they are using it to play HTML5 videos encoded in H.264 on operating systems that do not have the codec: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenH264
Might look at this thread for how to get rid of it: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2888681
Why is Mozilla doing business with Cisco Systems Inc ...? We are not at liberty to share that information with you - government secrets act and all that, under penalty of law and being sent to Gitmo.

+1, i love good humor :-) cheers the-edmeister
I would be happy if it did not eat my RAM, and reset to on and auto update all the time. Why is there no "ask" option highlighted. It has slowed my computer to the point where I cannot see letters come up on the screen in real time while typing.
