Firefox 36.0.1 Stopped printing input fields?

more options

We have always been able to print inputs from our web application, but now it just stopped with the latest update. I assume it's something to do with our styles, because I can verify that printing from another webform I was able to print the input but I don't know what change would have impacted which aspect of our styling. See screenshots, does anyone have help for us to debug this?

The first screenshot is from the page we are printing from (the inputs show), and the second is the print preview where the inputs are hidden.

When I print a basic HTML form, the input's and textarea's are rendered as images. (This is based on examining a PDF printout.) I'm not sure whether that is relevant.

Is it possible to link to a real or sample page that has this problem?
