when i open a website, (i.e. my bank account so i can see details of daily transactions), i DO GET the bank account (this is correct) but it opens narrowly on the left side (about 4 inches wide with a left/right scroll bar along the bottom & up/down along it's right side) AND THEN an entirely different unrelated website appears on the right side of the screen and it connects to my bank account.(?). Therefore I see 2 websites joined (like siamese twins) and the website on the right is large and takes up about 2/3 of the available screen. So on the left it is the correct website I want to use (but too narrow and it cannot be widened) and on the left side, it is a website I DO NOT WANT TO USE at this moment. I can click on the upper right hand x corner (to close the website I want to use) but I don't want to close it, I want to use it. On the other hand, there is no x for me to click on the right side website to turn it off. I've never encountered this problem before so I don't know what to do. I've spent a couple hours already but to no avail. I would appreciate very much a solution to this problem. I bet it is simple, but only if I would know how to do it. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope I've explained it clearly enough. If not, please request more information from me. Pls see attached images. Thanks in advance! DiDi

Keazen oplossing

Right-click the bookmark for that website and open Properties; un-check Open in the sidebar for that bookmark.

That usually happens when using a "Save as bookmark" hyperlink on a webpage.
