I am trying to use voice search from my Android phone by holding/dragging my home icon up (I then get the orang Firefox Search icon) but I only see the option to search using Yahoo and I want to use Google. If I open the Firefox app itself and go to Tools and select search providers there, I only see Google listed which is what I want to use. If I use the address bar in the app it correctly searches using Google, but when launching voice search it only uses Yahoo. How can I change this?

Same here. By default it looks like Firefox Search only uses Yahoo, you can change the default app in the Android Settings.
