I'm a new user - how can I physically talk with Tech Support?
My problem is: "I was using IncrediMail e-mail program and am now switching to Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail program," how do I transfer my email data from IncrediMail to Thunderbird? (Export/Import in the IncrediMail program, doesn't allow me to add Thunderbird.) I was thinking that it would be easier to physically talk to a Mozilla Tech Support person. Can you help. Thanks
