I've updated my Old firefox recently ( i could access youtube.com with that with v3 tls) but now in the latest edition i could not access you tube or Google+ both of them give me Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long i 've tried followings : 1 - security.tls.version.max = 0 2 - security.tls.version.min = 0 3 - both of those 2 together but not getting any results. also i can't access youtube or G+ using non secure version of websites ( because of my country )

I have no idea. In any case, version 28 is insecure.

What cert do you get when accessing youtube.com? I.e. who's the issuer of that cert? Are you connecting to the Internet via a proxy?

The issuer was Google before i update my browser but now no one is the issuer.

To my knowledge Youtube is blocked in Iran, so I'd expect you do use some sort of proxy. From the error you get I can only guess that something is trying to intercept your secure connection to youtube.com.

As i said before it was working on older version & i know that Iran Telecommunication Service (Named Mokhaberat :|) could not fix this in 10 minutes :)

I don't know what 'Old firefox' you used before, but SSL support has been disabled in Firefox since version 34 and removed since version 39. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Releases/39/Site_Compatibility#Security
