I tried to get service for the new one, but they say I have to have a new account and want to charge me. They won't even answer my questions without charging me. I need help and don't know how to get it. I'm not really computer smart...80 years old and still trying to learn....rusty brain. Can your company and services help?

Hi

Firefox is a web browser, so you can use Google services in it, such as Search and Gmail.

To set your home page as Google, I recommend you have a read of this article and set the page to google.com.

To access your Gmail account, you will need to enter your email address and password here.
