having trouble with attachments from customers - jpeg & pdf files are not opening properly - saying they are corrupted & damaged on some of the files
Hi Mozilla community ,..........I have been using Thunderbird for a quite a few years & love the program - just in the last week or so I have been noticing some, not all of the attached jpeg & pdf files coming in on emails from graphic designers & other customers that work with me have after opening them coming up with messages after I unload them off Thunderbird saying file is incomplete or corrupted & damaged ???.......when the same file is sent thru dropbox or other programs for sending files they seem to be ok! ........Thunderbird seems to be playing up in the last week or so, not sure what is happening - also the attachments if they were jpeg files use to come up on desktop on the emails that has been the case for as long as I have been using Thunderbird, for some unknown reason in the last week or so that seems to have stopped as well - but not on all of them only some of the files sent !@#$ ....any help would be greatly appreciated ............mick - pepper graphics
