I have two email accounts with Mozilla Thunderbird. One is fine, the one this email will be from and to. The other I can not login to or send or receive mail from. That address is: windowstonature@live.com I get these two pop ups: Login to server imap-mail.outlook.com failed and Login to server smtp-mail.outlook.com failed I have contacted Charter and Microsoft, NO help from either and was told to contact you. I have been on computer for 3 hours and am very frustrated. Over 50 generation and not tech savvy. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Can you get to the outlook/live/Hotmail account through your Web browser, just to check that all is well with the account?

We have seen a fair few reports of issues with Hotmail/outlook/live recently. I think they have problems of their own.
