So, basically I'm pretty sure that the HTML used in my email signature is correct. The signature appears okay visually for me and for other users of Thunderbird when I send them an email.

However, the issue arrises when I email someone from Thunderbird who uses Chrome, Outlook or Hotmail. The logo in my email signature sometimes appears HUGE or appears regular size but with a little piece of code underneath it.

Not sure what to do to stop this. I need to fix it as when I email clients, having a messed up email signature obviously looks unprofessional. Unfortunately, I just can't seem to get to the root of the problem as sometimes the email signature appears fine (I've tested it on a friend's Outlook and it showed up okay), but it is appearing wrong for multiple people as well so unsure of what the issue is.

Would appreciate any help on this! I've included two screenshots of how the email signature is showing up incorrectly.

I am pretty sure you HTML code is not correct. If it was you would not be posting here. I am guess you are using image scaling that is not supported. either because it is so old it has been dropped or it is HTML5 which the Microsoft folk are not doing very well implementing.

As this forum makes a total mess of HTML. Could you post the HTML source in a text file to a cloud service and post a link here?

BTW if your HTML came from Microsoft office I will throw my hands in the air. Life is to short to even start deciphering the thousands of lines office makes out of three words.

Hi Matt, thank you for your response.

I didn't write the code myself and I only have a base level understanding of HTML, so that's why I've had trouble solving this. The person who wrote it is away at the moment so that's why I can't speak to them about it right now.

This is all I have, hope it helps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/45t6bj48y3f233z/EMAIL%20SIGNATURE%20-%20Monica.docx?dl=0
