My company's email in on 1and1.com. I have been using Internet Explorer to access this site to login to my email accounts. Yesterday my computer automatically upgraded to Windows 10 (without my permission and I wish I could delete it) and since then I cannot login to my email. I called 1and1 this morning and they said Explorer and Microsoft Edge (which is terrible) are not supported and that I needed to download Firefox. I did this but I am at a stopping point because it wants me to verify my email address but I CANNOT ACCESS MY EMAIL. What next?

Correct. I cannot get past the verification screen and I cannot access my email to do the verification.
