When playing Netflix in the playback will stutter every few seconds. I have noticed it started happening when it moved over from Silverlight to HTML5 with DRM. At first it was possible to just turn off DRM but now it won't play at all if I turn it off.

I get the same problem on Windows 10 and Windows 7. I have asked Netflix about it but they say it is most likely a problem with my graphic drivers. I have a Nividia 970 with latest official drivers and had no problems before when it used Silverlight.

Is there any way to go back to using Silverlight or anything else I can try. The constant stuttering is getting very annoying.

Still having the same problem. I had a look in resource monitor same time and plugincontainer.exe keeps jumping in cpu usage. It jumps from 0 - 14% cpu every 3-4 seconds. After closer look it actually makes everything in Windows pause for a few ms.

As soon as I close the tab I have Netflix in it stops. If I force close plugincontainer.exe from task manager it tells me in Netflix tab that WideVineCdm has crashed.

Weird thing is it just comes and goes randomly. Was watching few episodes of a show on Netflix without any problems. Then go to next and it everything starts stuttering. Restart of PC or Firefox didn't help.
