reason i`m asking about it is quite simple ..i`ve been using windows 7 for the last 3 years or so and heard only form others about the forced on ads on youtube but never seen one on my pc. then a couple of weeks ago i installed win10, installed ff and abp back on and started getting the ads, more specifically, the black screen for the duration of the ad that`s been blocked. after i made the recovery USB, i`ve made a clean reinstall to windows 7, installed ff and abp.. exactly as it was before.. and i still get those ads. any1 know what was in older ff or windows update set different? cause it is not youtube.. this seems like a something added to windows itself. any clues?

Might be helpful if you listed the filterset subscriptions that you have, so that other ABP users might be able to advise you. I haven't used ABP in a year and a half, I use uBlock Origin instead.

Or try using the ABP support fora for help. http://adblockplus.org/forum/

i`m using: EasyList, AdBlock Warning Removal List, Adware Filters, Fanboy's Social Blocking List, Fanboy's Annoyance List, and some different region versions of Easy List.. (i tend to stray off the beaten path once in a while :D) and yeah, have the non-intrusives unticked
