Why when a new word is added to the dictionary is it highlighted when mis-spelled but the correct word not listed as an alternative.

I use the word 'arboriculture' a lot and have added it to the dictionary. As a result it accepts it when written correctly. However if I misspell it ('e.g. 'arbroiculture') it doesn't offer the correct spelling in the list of alternatives. (In this case it always suggests 'agriculture') How do I get the dictionary to not only recognize new words but also to correct them?

I think you are stuck with the status quo. I am not aware of a method of associating a correct spelling with an incorrect word.

Hmmm. Annoying. But thanks Matt
