I did: - update firefox - update my plugins - update my graphic card driver - check for virus - sometimes firefox didn't even open in safe mode - this is the Report ID number: bp-36d4222a-469f-47f2-8537-07ba22160905

There are a lot of those Crash Signatures around. Some may be caused by memory issues, and I suppose an upgrade to Windows 10 may have resulted in higher usage of RAM. You could try running memtest overnight see if that gives clear results or finds anything.

You could test in Firefox's safe mode and with plugins disabled, paste in three or four of the Crash Reports maybe they will give other clues.
