Hi, i upgraded my windows10 32 bit to 64 bit and of course it wiped all apps etc. I was not advised by the microsoft technician to save my bookmarks (not necessarily his fault). As a result I have lost all my bookmarks (and I didnt save them before this happened). Is there someway it will be saved somewhere on the old harddrive which they seemed to recover all my photos etc from?

Regards

Andrew

Bookmarks are stored in the places.sqlite file in your Profile folder. There's also a folder of bookmark backups in the Profile folder in JSON format.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

Locate the APPDATA\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ folder on the old hard drive, and then look for the places.sqlite file or the bookmarksbackup folder, which would have 15 daily backups of your bookmarks.
