I have older computer that has a no working browser to download Mozzilla Firefox. Can I use another device to download Mozzilla on to and transfer the file by flash drive to it and run it. System is Windows Vista Basic 32 bit . System meets all Mozzilla system requirements.

Yes, you can download a full installer on your Windows 10 system and copy it over to your Vista system using removable media, such as a USB flash drive. It is important to get a full installer rather than the "stub" installer that needs to download additional files.

For Vista, you can download the Extended Support Release for Windows from this page (scroll down to your preferred language):

Not to be too pessimistic, but while you're creating a collection of software to copy over, maybe grab a couple of these malware scanners in case the Vista system needs a little cleanup: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.

Found the problem with downloading the installer. I did not have the Options/general/ downloads set to ask where to save the file. The default setting always saves to the browser from which you can only run it. Got it downloaded to flash drive so it can be transferred to the other device. Thanks for the advice.
