How do I make the browser setting ananomous?

Before I switched from Windows XP to 10 I had no problem opening surveys. Now they don't open. I contacted Quick Surveys and the said to set my browser to ananomous since it won't open "IntAPi3"settings. I don't know how to do this?

Not that I know of you can't be anonymous unless you us VPN or something. And Proxy setting will be based on what the proxy server you use that is something Mozilla can't help with.

Hi, what do you mean by "won't open"? Do you get an error message you could copy/paste, or provide a screenshot of? More details would be very helpful in figuring out what they might be suggesting and whether it would resolve the issue.

If you think they are suggesting using a private window, see: Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history.
