Recently Firefox auto updated to 58.0 64 bit version. Now I have the older 57.0 version and the 58.0 version. Is this harmful to my computer? Should I remove the older version?

Keazen oplossing

Chances are that only one version of Firefox is actually installed, but something in the Windows Registry is fouled up and Windows sees both versions of Firefox being present.

Usually doesn't cause any problems, If you do decide to uninstall the older version, be prepared to reinstall Firefox as "both" are liable to get removed. But that's no big deal because your Profile (all user customizations) will still be there when you reinstall Firefox again.

If you want to keep both, that is up to you.

Want to know if I remove older version, will it do harm to the newer version or to my windows 10?

I would go ahead and remove the older version, it should not cause any problems with Firefox and will not affect windows 10 at all. Something had probably gone wrong while updating. If it does then simply remove all remaining versions and re-install firefox.
