hello, those extension ids are randomized per machine, so it's not possible to tell to which of your installed addons it's belonging just by that id...

you could launch firefox into safe mode once, and remove any suspicious entries in the addons manager > extensions (toolbars, things that you have not installed intentionally, don't know what purpose they serve, etc).

ohhh...thought there would be some unique id to identify these extension like chrome have....

each extension has their own id (you can look them up by entering about:support into the address bar) , but the string in the moz-extension:// protocol is randomized for privacy reasons: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/manifest.json/web_accessible_resources#Using_web_accessible_resources
