Hi, am sorry but running Firefox version 16 is not supported any longer. I do not even remember it. Firefox is at version 59.0.2 and the Extended Release Version is at 52.7.2 There is no private browsing in Firefox 16. Mouse to top of the open browser window and right click to turn Menu Bar on is one of the commands but in version 16 the menu bar was always on.
