Some sites like yahoo and scotiabank parts of the display are missing. Works ok on edge.

When I visit yahoo and scotiabank, the complete page is not displayed. For example on Scotiabank, menus on the left and right side of the screen do not display properly.

With Yahoo, I open an email and have to drag the mouse (with left click button down) down over the message to display it.

It all seems to work ok on MS Edge

Give me a call if you need some more clarification.

Hi,

Would you adjust the zoom : press the Ctrl key and tap either the + or the - key.

If that makes a difference then you are most likely dealing with a new bug, where users have disabled 'ClearType' font smoothing in Windows Settings. This bug is expected to be fixed with the next Firefox update (59.0.2).

For now you could just re-enable 'ClearFont' or, if you don't want to that : temporarily disable hardware acceleration, as described in this article :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings

(after you've disabled hardware acceleration, close and restart Firefox, in order for the change to take effect)

By the way : you may want to remove your phone number - this is a public forum .....

I guess it is a new bug.

When I use the Zoom, the problem disappears.

Will wait for the next release.

Hi, no reason to wait for next release the bug is fixed if run Cleartype font which is the screen that does the quick brown fox jumped.... Takes a few mins to say which looks better. Or turn off Hardware Acceleration. Issue fixed. Since it is a Microsoft Issue should run Cleartype font and can find that from the Settings Search Bar.
