The icons on Wordpress.com on my blog have disappeared since Firefox's newest updates. How can this be rectified? I am not 'tech savvy'.

I have been using Wordpress.com for my blog for more than a year. About a month ago after the Firefox update, all of my icons disappeared. Wordpress claims to be able to view them, but I cannot. I am not 'tech savvy'. How do I rectify this? I am also unable to view any comments on my articles on The Mighty leaving me unable to respond to anyone. They don't know what the problem is either.
