I would like to see a feature that Permanently Deletes mail from the 'JUNK' folder, otherwise it just sends all the msgs you filtered and then deleted from the 'Junk' folder to the 'Trash' folder where you have to find them again and Delete it all again !!!!!!!!!

Yea, tried that Hold 'Shift" and 'Delete Messages' from the drop down box in the 'Junk" folder, and that does NOT work, moves them right into the "Trash" folder still. Thanks for the reply... vic

I Looked all over the place for the 'Empty Junk' context you mentioned, never thought to look at the left pane folder. But there it is THANKS!
