with new version of Wndows Pro 10 and version 60.0 of firefox I am having problems when trying to scroll on a website,. Cursor freezes for 2-3 seconds at a time, unfreezes for same 2-3 second time period, then keeps repeating. I had same problem when Firefox 57.0 came out, I went back to last update version of 56 and that solved problem. How do I fix this in 60.0 or should I go back to 56? I need to save all bookmarks if I go back. Will this be an issue?

What sites is it and does that happen on other Browser? Also experience has told me to use Browser 57+ is to uninstall any previous FF and delete the Mozilla folder. This way the clean install will not have any legacy causing the problems for FF57+ going forward.
