Good afternoon,

Every month when I go to pay my credit card online, I get a notification that they do not recognize the computer that I'm using. I have cookies enabled. Is there something else I need to do to allow Firefox to remember my computer? I'm not too savvy but the website for the credit card company said that it could be my ISP, having cookies disabled or a few other things that I don't know how to check. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Cookies need to be enabled. But also, they must not be removed.

Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.

Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off.
