I see no red there sounds more like a display has graphics or display problems.

the screenshot was taken later to show the area that's all. Its not from when the red glitch occurred

the thing that showed up was a small rectangle shape in full red colour. Is it something to be worried about?

Now I noticed that while scrolling through a question of mine, "Did this reply solve your problem?" text & the "Solved the problem" option under it in the right side of a reply suddenly appeared in red and just then itself, it got back to black.

Maybe check the cabling of the monitor and try to disconnect and reconnect the monitor cable on both sides with the computer powered down.

a small correction; the texts "Did this reply solve your problem?" & "Solved the problem" option did not appear red. Instead, when scrolling fast through a question I asked, the question I mentioned in the screenshot above, a small portion suddenly appeared red... I don't know what portion it was exactly, but I definitely saw something in red there.. & the thing is, when i scroll slowly, there's nothing in red colour there.. so a portion suddenly turned to red when only scrolled fast. I assume it is just a graphics glitch or something wrong with the website? & nothing else right?

Hi, the next time you make a question please share the information that you can. As it asks. You have not shared the information.

So go find your laptop drivers for your Video Card and Download them and then uninstall what is there as would think that is the problem.

If it is a older laptop then it will be slow and colors can be weird.

We would not know if your graphics card Drivers are the problems is you have not shown them when you made the question, we can diagnose them so since can not view your drivers please uninstall/reinstall/

Two thoughts; first is what Pkshadow mentioned - possible video driver issues, where an updated driver might fix it.

Second is to try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Firefox - Options > General then scroll down to Performance and deselect "Use recommended performance settings" to see the Hardware Acceleration "switch".

See this support article as a guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings?as=u&utm_source=inproduct

The red colour was on the right side of the center.. where the texts are.

Constantly repeating what you have already posted doesn't get you any closer to a solution for your problem.

Did you check for updated video drivers as two of us have mentioned?

And what about Hardware Acceleration? Disabled or not?

Also, it would be nice to see a screenshot of that problem - if you can grab a screenshot while it is apparent. Maybe that will trigger an informed response rather us "stabbing in the dark" (guessing) at what's wrong. You're making this harder than it should be.

The problem occurred only once.. so i can't get a screenshot of it now.. can I just safely ignore this problem? if its anything minor, then I think I can right? so is it safe to ignore it?

Ignore it.

ok so I am ignoring it.. but before that, one final question; since I was signed in on mozilla support community when the red colour appeared, it is in no way an indication that my mozilla support community account was hacked right?

Correct. Now please ignore it.

Some of these should have been ignored also : .... https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/search/advanced?a=1&asked_by=Benoy&sortby=1&w=2

Making it all clear; This red colour appeared only once ok.. at first I thought it was on the area marked in the screenshot I gave above in the question.. but then I think it was somewhere in the centre (little bit right) of the website where there was many texts. Wherever it was, it only appeared once.. so assuming it was just a graphics glitch, I am ignoring it.
