Hi there, when searching for people in my address book, I mostly use the field "notes", that allows me to tag my contacts with additional information. When I go to "search address", the option to search for words in that field is no longer available when I click on the pull-down menu on the left side of the window. Is that a bug or was that option removed from a newer version of Thunderbird?

Thanks so much,

uli

The option to search Notes, from either Edit/Find/Search Addresses or the Address Book search box, is provided by the MoreFunctionsForAddressBook add-on. To make the add-on work in TB 60, open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference extensions.strictCompatibility to false, OK to close Options. After a TB restart, MFFAB will be available (may need to be enabled).
