I just wiped and did a fresh install of windows 10. My Firefox has been synced for years. After downloading it and setting it up again on, nothing is syncing. Help!

Hello! Please indicate your browser version. Also, do you use the same login with which you synchronized data?

Can you send a screenshot with the synchronization problem?

Hi, thanks for the response!

I'm running Version 63.0.3 (64bit) And yes, I've logged in with the same login that was previously synced. I'm not sure if I can send a screenshot. Firefox is running properly. I can log in to my account fine, it just that all my saved passwords and bookmarks don't show up. Stressing! Would appreciate any help, thanks!

You didn't reset the password of to Sync account ?

If you change the password of the Sync account then all data stored on the Sync server will be reset and is lost. This is because this password is used to encrypt your personal data locally before it is uploaded and only this password can decrypt the data on the Sync server.
