Win 10 laptop with all the latest updates, 64 bit Samsung J7 V (2017) running Android 8.1.0 with all the latest updates

The sync functionality seemed to be working well up to just a few days ago. Nothing has really changed until I started encountering this problem. I have reset the Firefox browsers on both my laptop and phone, imported my bookmark backups to my browser and tried to resync them to no avail. It seems as if my phone is getting some old / bad information from Mozilla's end of a bad image or something. Some of the bookmarks are still missing and many are in the wrong folders.

I even went as far as to just copy a folder into the "Mobile" bookmarks section, and even that isn't appearing in my phone.

So how do I check what is actually being uploaded from my laptop to Mozilla, check whether it actually makes it there correctly and that new image is being sent back down to my phone?

Hello, I think the easiest way to fix this is to redownload Firefox. Make sure you are signed in with your Firefox account to. If the problem still persists, I recommend you contact Mozilla to get your browser bookmark syncing functionality working again if they can fix it. It also can be a bug that Mozilla has to fix.
