FF 65.0 (64-bit), Windows 10 1803

i have been using Firefox for several years now in the office to access my Exchange management console. i have several add-ons loaded. the other day, Firefox just stopped working and won't allow me to access my Exchange management console website. i started troubleshooting by removing all add-ons and that worked. but as i enabled the remaining add-ons, again Firefox won't allow me to access my Exchange management console. no matter in what order i re-enable my add-ons. now it has come to the point where i have no add-ons and still won't allow me to access my Exchange management console!

i have at home same Firefox with same add-ons all enabled and i am able to access my management console from the Internet. our SSL certificate is still new from Comodo.

the subject is the error. how does one fix this?

this is terrible. no reply despite the problem is with Firefox.

over the weekend we have removed Firefox from our company because of the stated problem that the other browsers have no issue with.

hmmm, well i have Chrome on the same machine and it is not experiencing the same problem. i also have IE and Edge, both have no problems.

the provided links with possible solutions are not acceptable. we cannot afford to disable this feature or disable that feature because Firefox can't handle it.

if other browsers can work fine why Firefox cannot? are you saying Firefox is more error prone unnecessarily?

we have been Firefox users for many years and now have a new management which cannot understand this behaviour of Firefox only. we were informed to dump Firefox if it cannot be fixed within this week.
