Hi there, I need help with my Thunderbird mail on my imac, i recently did a system update on my mac and since then my thunderbird mail wont connect and comes up with the message "Could not connect to mail sever". The ineternet is connect via Wifi and always has been, and in the passed there has been no issue. When i connect my imac to the internet via my iphone hotspot Thunderbird mail connect fine. So it is confusion why it will not connect via normal wifi. please help Many thanks James

is the port used for mail blocked in your router? If you are using a VPN, then the mail port will almost certainly be blocked by the VPN.

you would access the admin portal on the device using a web browser. Often in the US ISP tech support will do this remotely for you. The rest of the world just has to get on with learning about the hardware they have installed.
