Running latest version on my galaxy s7 rooted and when I choose the quit option it doesn't close the app but keeps page open with message saying deleting private data. I can't see what data has been deleted or not. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi

I think that I might be able to help with this.

From the Android home screen, open the settings app (typically a cogwheel icon).

Select Applications and find Firefox.

Select Storage and clear the cache (do not clear data).

Restart your device and you should find that the app (and your phone) should run a little smoother.
